Personal information we collect
When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. We refer to this automatically-collected information as “Device Information”.

Additionally when you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, we collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including credit card numbers [[INSERT ANY OTHER PAYMENT TYPES ACCEPTED]]), email address, and phone number. We refer to this information as “Order Information”.
How do we use your personal information?
We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:

- Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud; and
- When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.
We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).

We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above. Do not track
Please note that we do not alter our Site’s data collection and use practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser.

Additionally, if you are a European resident we note that we are processing your information in order to fulfill contracts we might have with you (for example if you make an order through the Site), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. Additionally, please note that your information will be transferred outside of Europe, including to Canada and the United States.
When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange. If surfboard has been waxed, gripped or dinged no exchanges are allowed.
To be eligible for a return for exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. ANY DAMAGES INCURRED BY A COURIER COMPANY needs to be taken up with the courier company, We take insurance cover out for all freight but we do not take any responsibility or liability for damages occurred during freight.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We also do not accept returns on custom surfboard orders.
Additional non-returnable items:

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
We don't offer refunds, make sure you order the correct size.
Only regular priced items may be exchanged.
We only replace items if they are defective and is , If you have ordered a stock board and it's the wrong size for you we will exchange it for a different size board in the same model. If you need to exchange it please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
To return your product for an exchange, you should email us email@example.com and we will access your claim.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item for exchange. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
All Australian orders will be shipped free of charge as soon as your board is ready. If your item is a custom board shipping will take place once order is completed. You will be emailed updates on your order with estimated arrival dates and tracking numbers.
International orders have a flat rate fee of $150. All international duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. You will receive tracking numbers on all orders.
Shipping times for Australian orders generally are between 5-7 business days but may vary depending on time and day ordered.
International shipping times may vary from country to country, we do send surfboards using air freight and they generally take between 7-10 business days but these times may vary depending on time and day ordered.
