Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight and extreme heat are your enemy. We recommend when not in use your board be stored where possible out of the sun in a pale coloured board cover and avoid extended periods in a closed car.

The Epoxy/EPS construction of Exo Flex make the use of EPOXY RESIN ONLY essential for ALL REPAIRS, small repairs can be carried out with a minimum of experience using either regular or suncure epoxy resin though it’s recommended that larger dings be repaired by professionals skilled in the art of epoxy surfboard repairs.

We generally recommend staying with the same volume and dimensions that you would ride if the board was of PU Polyester construction though some of our smaller wave models can benefit from a slight volume increase to enhance paddling these specifications will be noted in our board model bio’s for each board.

We have spent countless hours ensuring our stock sizes suit a wide range of surfers and we generally have a good supply of commonly ordered sizes and models in stock ready to courier out. However if you would prefer to customise your board for instance size or colours we can generally accomodate and help guide you through the process to your new dream board.

Custom orders vary considerably depending on the degree and difficulty of the custom work required to complete your surfboard. This can be particularly so when it comes to colours and spray designs, an estimation of construction time can be given upon our review of your order.
